This service in addition to Building Control contains Development Control, Environment Team
and Highways (Safer Roads, Travel Choice, Better Routes and Moving Forward).

The section is divided into two area teams.
The East Team is centred around Brigg and Barton.
The West Team around Scunthorpe and the Isle of Axholme.
