The Planning and Building Control services are accessible at any of four area offices situated in Bradford, Keighley, Shipley and Ilkley. These services are flexible and can be readily tailored to suit the needs of our various and numerous customers. Pre-application discussions are encouraged every time.
Close links with other council services and external agencies allows the concept of the “one-stop shop” and the single point of contact to become a reality.
