What is Building Excellence awards?

The Building Excellence Awards take place yearly within the various regions. Nominations are then made for developments. Certificates are usually handed out to all finalists, with awards given to the winners of each of the 11 catagories. 

The following are a list of catagories that can be nominated for:  

Best Housing Development 1-10 Units

Best Housing Development 11+ Units

Best Social or Affordable Housing Development

Best Community Project

Best Domestic Project

Best Commercial Building up to £1 million

Best Commercial Building Over £1 million

Best Sustainable Project  

Best Restoration and Conversion

Best Partnership with a Local Authority
